Flagship Program

AED Vantage. Rescue ready, every month.

Most operations don't discover an AED problem until the moment they need the device. AED Vantage handles inspection, documentation, and consumable tracking — in two tiers built around your team's capacity.

A device that isn't inspected isn't a safety asset. It's a liability with a status light.

  • Pads expire
Electrode pads have a shelf life. An expired pad can mean a failed rescue and a citation.
  • Batteries drain
Standby batteries degrade quietly. A status light isn't a maintenance record.
  • Responders move on
Turnover erodes trained coverage faster than most refresh cycles.
  • Records go missing
Inspection logs live in someone's clipboard until an auditor asks for two years of them.
Two Programs

Pick the tier that matches your team's capacity.

Same compliance outcome. Different amount of work on your side.

Program 1

Self-Inspection

Your team inspects. We run the compliance program behind it.

  • QR-code inspection at every device
  • We manage all documentation and records
  • Compliance tracking across every location
  • Monthly compliance reporting
  • Consumable expiration alerts
  • Local emergency agency notification

Best when you have on-site staff who can walk the devices each month.

Program 2

On-Site Inspection

We come to you. Zero internal burden.

  • Monthly on-site inspection by a Z3 specialist
  • Every check performed and documented by us
  • Pad and battery replacement handled
  • Compliance tracking across every location
  • Monthly compliance reporting
  • Local emergency agency notification

Best for multi-location operations or teams already at capacity.

Both Programs Include

The parts most vendors leave to you.

Agency notification

Local emergency agencies notified of your device placements as required.

Monthly reporting

A clear record of every device, every inspection, every consumable date.

Post-event support

After a deployment we help with data retrieval, restocking, and getting the unit back in service.

AED Questions

What operators ask about AED compliance.

How often do AEDs need to be inspected?

California expects routine inspection and documented maintenance for every AED on site. AED Vantage runs on a monthly cycle so pad dates, battery status, and device readiness are captured continuously rather than reconstructed before an audit.

Which program should we choose?

Program 1 fits operations with on-site staff who can scan and check devices monthly — we handle the documentation and compliance layer. Program 2 fits teams at capacity or spread across locations: we perform every inspection on-site.

Do you support AEDs we already own?

Yes. Existing devices are enrolled, inventoried, and brought current — including pad and battery status — as part of program setup.

What happens after an AED is used?

We support post-event turnaround: data retrieval, consumable replacement, and returning the device to a rescue-ready state, with the event documented in your compliance record.

Know your devices are ready.

We'll inventory what you have on site, flag expired consumables, and show you which program fits.
