Questions about training.
How the courses work, what you walk away with, and how to get your team on it.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, pick a course from the catalog, and start immediately — nothing to install and no scheduling required. If you're training a team, choose the Team Manager plan and invite your employees by email.
How long does a course take?
Most courses run about 45 minutes. Lessons are broken into short modules, and your progress saves automatically — you can stop after any module and pick up where you left off.
What's on the quiz, and what score do I need?
Each course ends with a short knowledge check drawn from the lessons you just completed. You need 80% or higher to pass, and you can retake the quiz as many times as you need.
What do I get when I pass?
A downloadable PDF certificate with your name, the course, and the completion date. Each certificate carries a verification code, so an employer or auditor can confirm it's genuine.
Can I assign and track training for my team?
Yes. On the Team Manager plan you can invite up to 25 employees, assign required courses, and watch completion, quiz results, and certificates roll in from one dashboard. Need more seats or multiple sites? That's the Enterprise plan.
Does online training replace hands-on CPR training?
Online courses cover the knowledge portion. For hands-on skills checks and Red Cross-certified in-person instruction at your facility, Z3 delivers on-site training across Central and Southern California — call 714.394.4070 or contact us to schedule.
Earn a certificate the moment you pass.
Score 80% or higher on the quiz, and we'll issue a downloadable PDF certificate with your name, course, and date. Retake anytime.
